Kate will actually be making history once she becomes Queen. She will become the first Queen to have earned themselves a degree from a university. In fact, it was precisely at St. Andrews University where William and Kate first met.
Therefore, that education institution has already played an important role in the future of the entire Royal Family. Also, to be fair, Kate will be the first with a degree unless Camilla runs out and gets herself a degree in the coming years to change history.
