When Kate is Queen, she will have the power to give people titles. Monarchs have the ability to grant titles to people so whenever we see Kate ascend to her new role beside William as Queen Consort, then she will be able to do this.
It’s likely she will first look at her own family when it comes to dishing out titles, particularly as both George and Charlotte haven’t got any. They are the prince and princess, but by the time William sits on the throne, it’s expected they’ll be handed out some titles if they still don’t have any.
