Of course, just because she’s favored by the public, that doesn’t mean she can rest on her laurels. The Duchess still has a lot of work to do if she wants to prove herself as a worthy Queen consort. According to royal historian Marlene Koenig, she hasn’t yet done anything substantial in her current role.
Aside from fulfilling her royal duties – of which she apparently needs to do more – she hasn’t yet made her mark on the monarchy. There’s still plenty of time for that to happen, though.
