Kate and William shouldn’t settle too well into their home of Kensington Palace because one day they’re going to be leaving it behind. The couple already knows that once William becomes King they will be moving house and living in Buckingham Palace instead.
It’s a major step up in residence, which is estimated to be worth around $5 billion. There aren’t too many $5 billion properties out there in the world, so it’s fair to say that William and Kate will be getting a huge upgrade.
