[post_page_title]Real life treasure hunt[/post_page_title]
The grave of King Richard III, the last ruler of the Plantagenet dynasty who lost The War of the Roses, remained unknown for a few centuries. The exact location of the tomb was lost, only leaving behind a false account. This is because the friary he was buried in dissolved and was later demolished less than a century after his burial. Thanks to public pressure spearheaded by a society of avid King Richard fans, his gravesite was eventually found, and he received a royal burial 530 years after his death and posthumous disappearance.
