[post_page_title]Curse of the Pharaohs[/post_page_title]
The Tomb of Tutankhamun was the most preserved tomb of its kind because his place of burial was lost to time. Though evidence points to two different robberies, they both happened in antiquity, with replicas also made in ancient times. In an attempt to deter robbers, the curse of the pharaohs was made up and spread. Among the finds are numerous golden and gold-plated items like a dagger forged from a meteorite. The artifacts gave rare insights of metallurgy and science of the Ancient Egyptians.
