Moses Cohen Henriques is one of the most successful pirates in history and was both a privateer for the Dutch fleet and a pirate. As a descendant of the Jews exiled from the Iberian Peninsula, he harbored a considerable amount of hate for the Spanish. With his support, the Dutch West India Company managed the unimaginable by capturing a Spanish treasure fleet, and were the only ones in history to do so. Despite a lengthy career on the high seas, Henriques was too good to be caught.
