Amazingly, work on the opera house is not yet finished: as it is also universally acknowledged that the acoustics are terrible there, further funding as needed to rectify this. The acoustics may be a distraction when watching a performance, but at least it’s not overcrowded and full of tourists snapping away on their cameras… Oh wait, no, it’s super busy too. Maybe it is better to view from the water, at least then you only have to contend with your fellow passengers on the boat for a picture.
