One of the most iconic structures in Britain, Stonehenge is a mysterious rock formation in the middle of a field. No one has much knowledge about what it was for. The prehistoric monument is estimated to be over 5,000 years old and is rumored to have been a burial ground. Even with all of the mystery surrounding it, many British people visit the site during the summer solstice to witness the longest day of the year, often sleeping at the site.
