While it looks quaint and idyllic in the photos, the reality is that it is a haven for tourists, and being a small island, it easily gets overcrowded. A picture without another tourist in it is a rare commodity, so good luck with that. Driving in Greece can be scary at the best of times, but it is particularly sketchy on this little island because the roads are super narrow. If you add into the mix the hordes of people walking around the island, you’re basically asking for trouble.
