Rene Peterson was a director of documentaries and fell for Harm when she was filming a commercial for the Navy. Unfortunately, she wasn’t too keen on the friendship between Harm and MacKenzie, which she called him out on. Harm’s apparent lack of commitment to her and the fact that the love of her life returned home, meant that the pair eventually parted ways. Later on in the show, Harm receives a postcard from Peterson to say she was pregnant with twins. It turns out, Cindy Ambuehl was also pregnant with twins in real life.
