When JAG was first aired, many critics said it was a cross between the legal drama, A Few Good Men, and action blockbuster, Top Gun. Interestingly, the actor was actually in A Few Good Men as Captain West, before he made his way over to JAG. In fact, this actor had plenty of experience before taking on the role of Chegwidden – and has had plenty of roles since! Jackson played FBI Deputy Director Sam Cullen in the crime drama Bones and has recently reprised his role of Admiral Chegwidden in NCIS: Los Angeles from 2017-2018.
