Luciana and her brother Pablo lose contact with their mother at the beginning of the apocalypse, and later find out she had died. After the outbreak, they join La Colonia, a survivors colony in Tijuana, Baja California. Luciana loses her brother when he is killed by Los Hermanos gangsters, a group of criminal traffickers. She also gets romantically involved with Madison’s son, Nick, after her group rescues him when he journeys alone to Tijuana and becomes injured.
