Before she landed her role as Emily Sweeney on The Big Bang Theory, Laura Spencer was making a much smaller bang in the world of acting and had managed to bag herself smaller roles in movies and TV shows. One of her most notable early jobs involved her playing Jane Bennet in the historical drama, Pride and Prejudice. Alongside this, she also made a name for herself in the popular comedy series, The Lizzie Bennet Series. As if that wasn’t enough, she had also appeared in the drama movie, My Funny Valentine.
