It seems that this is another neighborhood that has seen its share of parking fails recently. They’ve happened so often that one neighbor has started handing out tickets criticizing drivers for their inconsiderate behavior. These tickets might not come with a fine, but they do dole out a good dose of shame for parking so terribly. Apparently, this person has been acting like a bit of a speed freak in the neighborhood, upsetting some of the other residents in the process. Well, we suppose fast cars are a safety hazard.
