We have handicapped parking spaces for a reason. Not only is it incredibly disrespectful and entitled to park in one, it’s totally illegal. Good on this samaritan for taking no nonsense. He did everybody a service by reporting the rule breaker to the authorities and clearing the path for someone with disabilities who needs the parking space for his or herself. Sometimes a note could be helpful to the community at large like in this particular instance.
