Donna Summer is a famous singer among many other talents who rose to fame in the ’70s disco years. She has sold over 140 million records with one of her most well known top ten hits “This Time I Know It’s for Real”. She later joined the musical production of Hair and even did a duet with Barbra Streisand. She passed away in 2012 at the age of 63 from cancer and her obituary in The Times the “undisputed queen of the Seventies disco boom”.
