While most countries consider an ice cafe to be a frozen, blended coffee drink, Dubai has ice cafes where you can put on a winter coat and enjoy some coffee in an igloo. This seems a little unusual, but it makes sense for a place that doesn’t receive nearly any annual snowfall.
Sometimes, winter in the warm desert can be nice, but the habitants also deserve some icy weather like other parts of the world.
